Lee King did a great job. I called him late on a Friday afternoon, not expecting him to be able to do the repair till the next week. He said he could do it that day and arrived about 30 minutes later. He replaced the sensor, tested the washer to be sure his repair was good, and left me with a functioning washer. I am very happy with the service and would hire King Appliance Service again.

Mr King arrived as scheduled and was able to obtain the parts and repair the issue promptly.

We have used the services of King Appliance on a number of occasions when we had various aging appliances repaired including our stove, our washing machine and most recently our refrigerator.  They have always been timely, professional and reasonably priced.  This time was no exception

Outstanding service! Personable , Professional, Timely, Efficient, Clean. I had called the company where I bought the washer...they could come out in a week. King came out within 4 hours. After inspecting the washer , he advised me of all the options, then went to work once I decided. It was like having a very capable family member come into your home and fix the problem... Thank you King Appliance Service! P.S. .... His job estimate was exactly what he charged...none of this " well, we had to do a little more than we thought.. and the bill is actually going to be a lot more than we originally thought" None of that..a nice honest business.

I would like to commend King Appliance for their professionalism. When our dishwasher stopped working I initially called them because we'd worked with them before, and the owner (or manager?) openly told me that they were fully booked up for the next two weeks and offered the names of some competing companies. I called those other companies and had to leave messages and I never heard back from them! After that I called King Appliance and let them know I'd wait as long as was necessary, because I'd rather have my stuff fixed by someone who cares about my business.
The repairman arrived at his scheduled time of 8 AM on the dot, and was very friendly courteous and didn't seem bothered by our three small, rambunctious dogs. He got the work done in under an hour and now our dishwasher works perfectly. I am very happy with the service and would recommend King to anyone, even if you have to wait a few days. It's worth it!

They did good job and got the refrigerator repaired.

When I call him he comes right away, if he possibly can. He is reasonable, honest, and he really knows his stuff. He will not work on things that he is not an expert on, but he is an expert on quite a few things. I am still very happy with his work.

Mr. King repaired our dryer heating unit and it went out a little over a month later due to a faulty part. He came back to my residence and repaired the dryer again FOR FREE. That is the kind of customer service that you don't see anymore.

We had a refrigerator problem that was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Attention to our use needs was taken into account so that repair was timely with as little inconvenience as possible. We were very happy with this service.

This was our first call to him -- he came out same day and he fixed problem.|Used him again a couple of months later to fix disposal. Very prompt. Highly recommend him.

Mr. King arrived on time and went right to work to fix my broken ice maker. He found that there were about three broken parts and told me that it needed to be replaced. Then he went out to his van and came back in with the replacement and told me how much it would cost, which I agreed to. It took him about thirty minutes to install the ice maker and he was gone. Mr. King was not only recommended by Angies List, but also by Whirlpool.

Mr King was prompt courteous and cheerful. He showed me the parts needed for the washed online and explained it would be cheaper to buy a new one. As mine was an older washer, I appreciated his honesty. He then fixed my microwave and only charged for a visit. I would use him again anytime and highly recommend him to my friends
