Junk South

Tyler and Bryce cheerfully collected items I had organized AND removed “unknowns” from my crawl space (where I refuse to go)! They were efficient and pleasant throughout the process. I thought the pricing was very fair. Additionally, and this was great, I contacted in the am and they came same day!

A phone call to determine size/price, easy scheduling online with email confirmation. Prompt arrival, quick work, easy payment with email receipt. Two workers, both friendly, professional and polite. We plan to use them again soon,we've finally found a company who takes "our size" jobs too! Thanjs so much, guys.

Update to my review: The owner of Junk South called me concerned about negative review. He spoke with the crew that was sent to my house about their attitude and sent a second crew to my house the following day to pick up the rest of the debris in my yard at no charge. I have had my own business since 1993 and always tried to do the best for my customers. It's not possible for every job to go perfectly, but it's how you handle the ones that don't. The owner handled my issue with respect and professionalism. I would use Junk South again because of the way they followed up with my issue. Oh yeah, the second crew that came out, they were awesome and very respectful. Thank you for your work ethic Junk South. Eric Leiter

My husband and I were very pleased with Junk South. They show up on time and their pricing is reasonable. The members of the team who worked on clearing out a 30x50 workshop full of junk were hardworking, positive, focused and detailed. I actually enjoyed being around these guys. They seemed to enjoy their job and were very supportive of each other. Excellent experience. We've used them three times now. Updated 3/19/20: We have used Junk South several times, and they are amazing. Their prices are fair and their staff is professional. I will use them again in the future. One of the best companies around.

TOP NOTCH!! Loved working with the group that came out shortly after I moved. They picked up some unwanted items but the biggest was a stacking washer and dryer set. What a mess, but they handled it with ease. Price was affordable, appreciated the ease in making the appointment, and the friendliness of the crew. Will be using them again soon!

I contacted this company because not only do they haul off unwanted things, they make sure items that can be reused do not end up in landfill. It was pricier than I had expected, but I knew their mission was to keep things out of landfill, so I figure the additional cost is used to transport merchandise to different locations.

They were quick and careful, cleaned up after themselves, and provided excellent customer care in all respects.

These people were prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. They hauled off a large and very heavy cabinet which they had to take apart just to get out of the room. They did it quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed by the way they recycle everything and work with local charities. I highly recommend them.

They were very efficient. They spent no longer than 20 minutes loading all of the junk into their trailer. The work would have taken me days. They were very polite. I will use them again.

The attic of my old house had an accumulation of 25 years of stuff. About half of it had been moved outside to the screened in porch. Half remained and all that I didn't want had to be hauled away. They arrived on time and began work. The outside temperature was very high and the attic didn't have air conditioning so it was brutal up there. They spent about three hours hauling items downstairs and putting in the trailer. They swept out the attic and the screen porch area when everything was removed.
Very professional and I have used them two other times for smaller junk jobs.

Success! Upon receiving my paid invoice, I was informed that Junk South was able to divert 1,700lbs of waste from the ACC landfill. They even gave me a donation receipt from Habitat for Humanity for items that were saved. This is definitely a " green" company with good intentions to help others.
