Above all, they did not follow state law concerning walk-through inspections or return of security deposit within 30 days. They tried to nickel and dime me by taking $50 out of my security deposit on two separate instances for not "taking a wet cloth" to a screen porch floor and then for repairing a screen on the porch which had already been repaired. The first instance was outside the parameters of the lease and the second outside state law since it was more than a month after the move-out inspection. On more of a personal level, they treated me with no respect or privacy. They would show up at my house unannounced. They dined across the street with my neighbors and then emailed to comment on my xmas tree. They sent emails demanding that I share my Pandora station. In the middle of my lease they removed premium cable stations without advising me. They emailed after move-out asking for my forwarding address although I had given it to them prior and referred to my new residence as "wherever it is" suggesting that because I no longer lived in their house that my new residence was of no importance. These people are pretentious, rude and greedy.
