Its wonderful. The perform services on your car. They keep you posted on what the mechanics are doing and what might need to be done. We've had Toyota's for about 20 years. They are great. Their service people are great. Everyone who works there are dedicated to your comfort and helping you. They always bring my car right up to the door instead of packing it. They are just helpful in every way.

Larry Griffin was the sales consultant that we worked with.  He did a very thorough job on the test drive, explaining all of the features of the car before we drove it.   He worked with us to make sure that our needs and concerns were addressed and helped us reach a fair price for the car and our trade-in.   He spent over 3 hours with us from start to finish, and even set up the Bluetooth connection on our new car before we drove it from the dealership.  No high-pressure sales pitch, just very useful information that helped us make a decision on the purchase.  We can't say enough about Larry as a salesperson - top notch!

The job went well. It was a little longer than we thought it would be but it was good. I would recommend their quality of service. The professionalism is good. It is one of those places that has the manager that talks to you about the work and then sends the work off to someone else so they are very attentive and they are going to take care of you.

I bring my Toyota to Heyward Allen Toyota every 6 months for checkups. I can't say enough good things about them. I find them very reasonable and thorough. I always wait for my car on site where there's complimentary coffee and muffins. The dealership is immaculate and the staff is professional and friendly.

They are very good to do business with. Their costs are competitive and their service is very prompt.
