+ -1 moreGreater Athens Properties (Bob Allen, Bob@CallBobAllen.com, Www.GreaterAthensProperties.com) performed property management services for us for approximately 6 years for a house in Athens, GA. He took care of all maintenance, finding renters, billing, and reporting (including tax forms) to us. He and his people did an amazing job. He also helped us list and sell the property and acted as our power of attorney for the closing, since we were out of state. Essentially, he made being a landlord a completely painless process and I recommend him highly to anyone interested in finding an exceptional property manager in the Athens, GA area.
