FLOOR IT

I'm not completely satisfied with the job that he done. I had so many hardwood board punctures by a reverse nails and He blamed me because there was too many screws on the subfloor instead paying attention to what he was doing. He was annoyed that I was at home while he was performing the job. This is the second time that I hire a contractor with no reviews on internet and they don't do a good job. He was rushing to finish instead doing the things right.

Overall the experience was great. I discussed my options and ideas with Johnny and we arranged for a time to perform services. I am glad I had someone sand the floor as it is a big job requiring serious equipment. I applied an oil based finish to the floor instead of poly and enjoyed the opportunity.

I recommend Johnny and Floor-It to anyone wanting quality work done in there home or business, he goes the extra mile. We made the best choice available when we chose Johnny.
We collected several estimates for installing a wood floor in our kitchen. It was a easy decision for us after meeting the different options we had. Johnny at Floor it, was the most personable and made us the most at ease. The larger companies were less personal and so regimented...it left us feeling like we were dealing with a company not a person. Johnny arrived early on the day he was scheduled to start and continued daily until the job was finished. He kept us informed as each step of the flooring was completed and what would happen next.,
One issue arose when the carpeted floor that adjoined the new wood floor didn't quite match up properly. I was worried it would not get fixed to our satisfaction...however, as soon as it was brought to Johnny's attention he called in a carpet professional and had the issue fixed that day before the day was over, and had it done at no expense to us.
What we have ended up with is a luxury wood floor of superior quality,we will be calling Floor It again in the future.

Johnny is a vey hard worker and did the job efficiently and kept my cost low, which I really appreciated. He did a few little extras here and there. For instance, I didn't purchase enought thresholds to go from laminate to tile in the bathrooms, so he went and purchased it for me, no questions asked, and it matched perfectly. He even guarantees his work and has GREAT PRICES!! I will use him again in a heartbeat!!
