I made contact with company rep on Tuesday, 18 of Oct. I explained that I had inquired about renting a forklift my self to load the equipment. It was determined that the equipment would need to be rolled on dolleys to loading dock and then forklift to my truck. I explained to rep that I had not not seen the location and would not until I arrived at location to load equipment. When I arrived on location and saw what all was involved in moving and loading equipment, I expressed my displeasure at the price to rep. I then made contact with company owner. I was not able to reach any remedy with him. I might add that I have moved many a piece of equipment over the years. I had to trust the company rep to be fair in his pricing. I feel that I got taken advantage of. This is especially true since I only had to pay 250.00 to get it unloaded and set in my shop. This loading job took no more than four hours including loading forklift driving to site, unloading forklift, moving equipment two men required,loading forklift back on trailer and returning to shop. At 150.00 an hour this would have been 600.00 which I would have felt was a fair price.
