College Town Properties

On move in day we arrived to find the apartment had not been cleaned. The floors, kitchen, and carpets were dirty. College Town was called and sent over a vacuum, broom, and dust pan. We had to clean the entire apartment. There were several maintenance issues: an area of wet hardwood flooring, wet baseboards, carpet coming up from the floor, towel ring falling off, and something leaking that made the wet areas. Six days after move in someone showed up to repair the wet area on the hardwood floors. They had to take up the whole floor because it had water under it. The ice maker had been leaking for at least two weeks and had gotten under all the hardwood. We are looking at two weeks of chaos while the repairs are completed. Do not use college town properties. They do not fulfill their obligation to their leasees.
