They came in and disconnected all of our connections under our house. I am sure that they did that because they were upset with us because we did not show up for the appointment. We did not know about this until 6 months later. We called someone and they informed me that everything was disconnected. I could not light the pilot to come on and that was when I found out it was disconnected. They displayed an attitude over the phone as well. I would not say they were the most customer service friendly. Also noticed in earlier visits that they had jammed in a non-fitting filter in to try to make it fit. Also, they did basically nothing else, other than just claiming that he had "looked at it",  not even helping to clear the level of lint that had accumulated. Also, they usually would not call to say that they were on their way. And if they did call and no one answered, they would still come over.

It was an unusually smooth switch. The issue was resolved within 2 days. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and above-board.

This time the furnaces filters were changed, the thermostats were checked and the overall condition and function of the furnaces were evaluated. The two men came in checked the basement furnace, changed the filters. Then they checked the attic furnace and changed the filter. Quick, efficient and very professional.
