David was very responsive and honest.

I really hate to write this review but my wife and I are SO disappointed. We hired David to do pre purchase home inspection. He overlooked one of the most important things- grading and drainage which is a HUGE problem for us now, which will cost us thousands of dollars to fix. Contractors that have looked at it are shocked that how in the world the house passed the so called inspection The front portico has sunken about 5 inches into the ground. We are now in process of pursuing legal action. I will try to attach pictures to this review.
