CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning of Athens

Our carpet had lots of little stains from dog urine  over the years.  The living room and dining room had not been cleaned since they were put in, 15 years.  The bedrooms looked worn but had been clean.  I cannot get over how good everything looks, the carpets in the bedrooms that I thought needed replacing look amazing and the living/dining room areas look brand new.    

 

When the tech was going to be 5 minutes late he called us and let us know.  Tanner let me know everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable about the process.  My husband kept saying why didn't I hire people that would move the furniture but agreed with me that the little bit that we did move was more then worth it to get such an amazing price and end up with such a good outcome.



Oh did I mention how great it smells.  No pet odor.  I cannot be happier and will use them again.

Their service was good. They were a good short term solution to traffic areas of carpets. The smell after they left was a pleasant citrus smell and it remained a few days after they left.

I contacted the owner, Ryan, through the Citrusolutions website to get an estimate - had a response within 30 minutes:  $80 to do two rooms and .50 per square foot for additional cleaning.  Tanner, the technician, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time and went right to work.  He was extremely polite and helpful.  This company doesn't usually provide whole-room furniture moving services, but they use sliders for furniture too heavy for the customer to move and will lend a hand with other large pieces.  Tanner helped us with several items, then sprayed the carpet with a citrus cleaner, passed over it with a rotary scrubber, and then vacuumed up the residue.  Repeat for the area rugs.
Tanner was extremely concerned that I be pleased with the results.  He noticed a few spots in high traffic areas that were not perfect and repeated the process on those spots. The job was done within an hour and all but the double-cleaned areas were dry shortly thereafter. A fan took care of the still damp areas quickly.  The carpet is now cleaner than it has ever been and the stains have disappeared.  I couldn't be happier. 
Before contacting Citrusolutions, I researched cleaning methods for Olefin berber carpet.  It is difficult to clean (I can attest after years of diy "steam" cleaning that resulted in stains reappearing after a few days).  Encapsulation technology was a method that appeared over and over as the "best".  Using water or steam seemed to be the least recommended method, since it simply pushes the dirt deeper into the carpet.  Citrusolutions uses encapsulation cleaning and the results exceeded my expectations. Tanner left me with a refillable spray bottle full of the cleaner to use on spots between cleanings.  I will definitely call Citrusolutions of Athens again.

They did a good job!  I felt that he went out of his way to offer us their promotional offer that had expired one day before. When he was finished, he informed me about the stain remover solution being available at no cost for a year. They are very attentive to their customer service.

They did a very good job on my furniture. They offer green cleaning with citrus components which I like very much.

The employee they sent out was cheerful, got to work right away and was extremely professional!  I would recommend this company to family and friends alike!
