We recently had our roof repaired and reroofed by Bone Dry Roofing and we couldn't be happier. Normally a project like this is filled with worry, stress and hassle. Not this time! Derek Fountain measured our roof and gave us an accurate and very reasonable estimate. He also worked diligently with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, showing us both actual samples and also real examples of roofs with shingles we were entertaining in our area. When we narrowed our choices down to 2 different colors, he even climbed back up on our roof and tacked some shingles down so we could see how they looked on our roof. Jeremy Minish, as our manager, gave us frequent updates as to when his team would be there and what work they planned to accomplish. What he said would happen happened when he said it would happen. The crew was extremely professional and worked efficiently as a team. They fixed damage from a previous leak, removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced with new architectural HD shingles with a 50 year warranty AND left our property as if they had never been there. Christine Howell was always pleasant to talk with and able to answer any questions we had. Our roof looks fantastic--better than we had hoped. Bone Dry's estimate was the most cost effective and their professionalism is well above par. Very classy operation. We would use them again and we have recommended them to our friends.

Our insurance paid for all of it.  It was from a hail storm. The workers were good.  The were some delays in returning phone calls.  They cleaned up very well. 

After receiving estimates from four roofing companies, I chose Bone Dry as offering the best value considering quality, warranty and price. The estimate was performed efficiently on the time agreed. I made two follow up calls for some additional information. The job was completed as scheduled and on time. Workman arrived in the morning and the entire job, including clean up, was completed by noon the following day. The project manager returned just to assist me with a light fixture that had jarred loose during the roofing process. i could not be happier with the quality of the workmanship and friendly and professional conduct of the employees. The roof looks great and I expect a long service life. I would definitely hire Bone Dry again for further roofing needs.

After getting estimates from every reputable roofing company in my town, I went with Bone Dry due to their reputation, bid price and service.  They were responsive to my many questions.  Their crew was very prompt and courteous.  They did an excellent job of tarping my home from the eaves out into the yard as far out as they needed to protect my home and extensive landscaping.  This protection meant that after they cleaned up at job completion, I found very few nails that were missed.  The site manager was there every morning and and throughout the first day.  Bone Dry has done commercial roofing jobs at the University of Georgia campus and they also furnished me a list of residential jobs.  I felt very comfortable using them.  Their website was very good also.  I was happy to allow them to post their sign in my yard as advertising for the company and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Very professional.  Inspected whole roof outside and from the attic.  Took pictures of trouble spots with his phone so I could see what needed to be fixed.  We have had no further problems in the two years since their visit, but when I need roofing services again, I will call them.

Excellent, professional & prompt construction work.  Won't have to install a new roof in this lifetime, but will definitely call Bone Dry for repairs.

They company came out, got on our roof to provide an estimate for the replacement.  The estimate was provided in writing via email describing in detail the services and warranty to be provided.  Any questions asked were answered promptly and in a professional manner.  The salesman we worked with came to our house with samples of colors and was willing to get on our roof with the samples to provide a better viewing of what the new roof would look like.  Once the color was selected, the date for the new roof was scheduled and the crew came out early on the day of.  The crew had the roof replaced and completed by 5 PM.  They clean up crew on the ground cleaning as they went and then after everything was completed, they went around the yard and picked up any stray nails with a magnet as expected.  Our shrubs were netted so any trash was not in our shrubs when the job was completed.  The rolloff trash bin included their own port-a-potty and was picked up early the next day.  Overall we were very satisfied that everything was completed as described and in a professional manner.  Would use this company again.

I was very pleased with this company. They offered the best estimate of 3 companies I contacted. They did the work timely and efficiently. I was pleased with the quality of the work. They did not exceed their estimate. I would definitely use them again.
