Lawn Service
Everything was fine in the beginning. Because my husband and I are both overseas we needed someone to mow the lawn for us twice a month. We set it up with Big Oak to do this and sent them a check through our bank once a month to cover the service since they did not accept credit cards. In June of 2008 almost one year since Big Oak began our lawn maintenance, my neighbors emailed us to say that our lawn had not been mowed in over a month and a half. The pictures were horrendous. I promptly called Big Oak to ask about the lapse and was told that it was a mistake that no one had been out there and that they would take care of the lawn the next day. Two weeks later my neighbor emailed me again to say that it still had not been done. I called Big Oak again only to be told that they could not continue our service due to the rise in gas prices.
