Work is fine, however, it is difficult to communicate with the workers and I can't rely on workers to pass a message to the owner.

I called Big Oak 4 weeks ago and was told he would come by the next afternoon to look at our project and give us an estimate. Repeated calls to the same number get the recording that the person you are calling cannot answer the phone. I attempted calls at various times during the day with no luck at all.

Based on a friend's recommendation, I called Big Oak and asked for an estimate. After giving me an estimate that was significantly cheaper than the ones from his competitors, I hired him to do the job. Cade and his crew worked quickly and did great work. The yard looks great!
