Grason and Sonya did a fantastic job. I called and left a message at the end of the day yesterday. He called me back this morning and scheduled to come by at lunch time. They showed up and located the tank (it's a house we bought recently and weren't sure where it was). They confirmed the location of the main door and the filter and proceeded to dig both out. They didn't complain or give any hassles about the vegetation (I had no idea that's where the tank was, I'll be removing it). They pumped quickly, replaced the soil and cleaned up without any trouble. They worked fast, efficiently and a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone needing septic tank pumping or repair service.

Showed up on time and was gone within one hour. Extremely professional team (husband and wife) and had a tanker painted, gasp!, in a most attractive PINK!

They were prompt, reasonable and easy to work with.

One generally doesn't get too excited about septic tank service as long as no problems are discovered. The service call was routine.

We have used them to clean our septic tank 3 times and each time they have provided outstanding service for a reasonable price.

Very professional, efficient and courteous

It was time for us to schedule our septic tank to be pumped. We weren't having any problems--it was just time for this regularly occuring event. We called on Friday. They said they could be here on Monday, the 13th, before noon. They arrived as promised and said it would take about half an hour. Twenty-five minutes later, they were finished and we wrote a check for $350.00. He did not find any problems or try to suggest extra services for additional fees. We consider the $350 a fair price.

We are extremely pleased with this company and with their service.

Grason Gillespie of Athens Septic arrived as scheduled (he even called when he thought he might be a bit late) and pumped the tank (this was a routine pumping, not an emergency). It was blistering hot today but he was pleasant and did a thorough job of cleaning up. He answered a lot of my questions about septic tanks in general (I haven't had one before), maintenance, and household products to use or avoid and didn't make things feel rushed. I feel much more confident about my system now.

Grason Gillepsie and his wife did the work themselves. They had to dig up the yard minimally to open the lid of the tank and pump it out. There was barely any tell tale signs of their work on the grass after they left. They were both courteous and friendly. They came on time too. Our next door neighbor even asked them for their business cards. When we lived in Snellville many years ago we had two experiences that turned out to be very costly using other comapnies. We did not want to have another bad experience so sought the help of angieslist.com
