Crooks, they trump up late fees! I recommend you send your rent check certified, Barbara keeps claiming my rent check is late, it's not. I sent it certified for May and it has been sitting in their P.O. Box for 25 days and Barbara is threatening to take me to court for late fees. I came home kitchenwas flooded I had to have a plumber come fix my kitchen sink that broken. Barbara would cover the cost, Athens Realty didn't contact me for seven days to fix the problem. My AC was leaking in the hallway, Barbara told me to just put a bucket under the leak, it took them four days to fix the AC. Summary: Barbara/Athens Realty is a horrible realty company always sent rent checks certified or she will wait to cash your check and trump up late fees.
