Athens Power Pro

The company was unable to get to my mower for a minimum of THREE WEEKS (it's mid-summer - when you need your mower the most). But almost as bad was the apathetic attitude of the person I dealt with.

I drove the riding mower to the dealership in my truck (I'm lucky to have a truck that transports the mower, but could be a problem for someone without a truck or trailer), and once at the dealership, I was required to unload the mower out of my pickup truck, by myself, onto the loading dock. A nicer service rep (only saw him once) told me they would try to have it repaired within a few days.

But I called the company three days later only to find out that they wouldn't even be able to look at the mower for three weeks! So, I went back to the shop, and was directed to go back to the loading dock where I once again had to get the mower into my truck by myself. No work done on the mower, and no one at the shop seemed particularly concerned about it.

Poor service and poor business model. I won't go back.

Great! Athens Power Pro gets all of my small engine stuff -- chainsaws, pressure washer, zero-turn lawnmower. They do a great job, fairly priced, and they give me maintenance tips as a bonus.

I have recommended them highly.
