ATHENS CLASSIC PROPERTIES INC

We visited Athens for the first time in early 2011, and just by luck, called Athens Classic Properties. We were not on Angie's List at the time but just picked the agency from the yellow pages. B. Presnell, Principle Broker of the agency, was wonderful. Although we were not ready to seriously look at the time, we knew we would call Athens Classic Properties again on our next visit. When that time came, we began working with Nancy Connell.
We enjoyed working with Nancy from the first time out. She is knowledgeable and professional, as well as just a nice person. Nancy helped us become familiar with the area and located a number of houses we seriously considered. When she found the house we really wanted, at just the right time for us, Nancy helped the process, from offer through closing, to go smoothly. I would say that she is a person who approaches her work as more than just a business, but as a calling to help people find and transition into a new home.

I can only say that I have had horrible experiences with another real estate company and all their agents locally in Athens, GA, and Nancy was the opposite experience. She really takes great care of her clients, and her number one priorities are that her buyers buy a house they can afford, that is the right fit for them. She does not let her own financial gain come into play AT ALL. It is all about doing what's right for the clients with Nancy Connell. I hope her entire company follows the same policy, but I can only vouch for Nancy Connell. She also has a degree in architecture and over 30 years experience, so she REALLY knows what to look for in homes, good and bad!
