Worst haircut I have ever received. Fluctuating prices. They won’t return my call letting them know how I feel about this haircut. I’m embarrassed to even leave my house . Do not let Janet touch your hair.

OUTSTANDING! Annette is my hero. I went to another salon for highlights and my hair literally turned orange and spotted. A hair emergency was declared. I had family pictures in a week and needed help. Annette and Arbor Salon came through! I was greeted at the door by the owner and was made to feel very much at ease. Annette was amazing. I explained to her what I wanted and she made my hair look better than ever. Even though she ran overtime- she didn't hurry to finish as she wanted to get the job right. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. So happy with the results

I showed my stylist a picture of the hair color I wanted.  We were able to bring up many pictures of the same person with the hair color discussed.  This was mostly a reddish color.  In fact, mostly red.  However, I ended up with very pale looking highlights and too much of the dark color, thus my hair just looked dark brown.  There was no red.  I explained to the stylist that I did not see what I was expecting to see with the color.  She merely said, there are highlights throughout.  This was true, but there was no red in my hair at all.  Because she did not offer to repair what she had done, I left and do not plan to return.  As with most salons, I figured it would do no good to ask for at least part of my money to be refunded so I have not bothered to contact them.  Instead I went elsewhere and had it done correctly.

Very good cut and very friendly and engaging. I am very very picky and keep going back to hair salon 65 miles away because no one in Athens has been near as good, despite trying around 4-5 other places in Athens. The owner cut my hair and she is close to as good. So it saves me 3 hours driving and gas. Highly recomend

Wonderful! Ann gave me a professional consultation and proceeded to shampoo and condition. Wasn't too chatty as she styled. Loved the end product. My hair looked wonderful! Owner came out to introduce himself and ensure I was happy.

I cannot recommend the Arbor highly enough. You can definitely find less
expensive services in town, but I have never left Arbor feeling like my
trip wasn't worth every penny. The staff is friendly and accommodating
and their primary concern is your satisfaction with their work.

They have some very good stylists and a very nice interior. Upstairs there is a spa with massages available. You can always count on their stylists to be very professional and agreeable, and good at customer service.

I love going there to see her. I use to go to another place in town, but after a few burns and ripped skin, I switched over to Arbor/Debbie and I love her!
