They were able to come within two days of my initial call and were right on time.  Scott Farmer is the owner and does with work himself with a helper.  He has a truck mount system (important to me because of the increased power, better rinsing etc.) They came recommended from a friend. They have been in business in Athens for 12 years.  I was not unhappy with our previous service but they did try to upsell a lot and were definitely more expensive.  Scott uses an all natural solution that got red clay out of a light colored berber.
