Cat contacted me actually a good hour less than estimated time. When I picked up the car, Cat took me to the car and explained in detail how the unit worked, assisted with setup of my phone contacts, gave me an overview of all that is available on the unit, and gave me time for questions. She did not rush through this overview and gave me time to digest the information.
When I received the bill, it was the exact amount estimated. Cat explained the warranty and offered her help in the future if I had questions.
I was very impressed with her professional manner, knowledge of the product installed, time she took for explanation of the features of the unit, and her offer of help in the future. I would return to her for additional services if needed.
