Did what they said they would do, was reasonable and kept checking air conditioning to make sure it was fixed.  Personal were pleasant to deal with and very professional.  Would high recommend them!

I call, my car is seen quickly, it is thoroughly assessed, then they call with an estimate. Work is always quality, and finished within a reasonable amount of time, depending on how difficult the task is (and I am mechanically minded, so I realize some jobs may take longer). I only take my car to five star.

They could have easily taken him for a ride. They were very honest. My son told them already that he would use them again. He would use their services again in the future.

My wife was charged for a brake inspection and was not told ahead of time that it was a chargeable service. The shop justified it saying that the inspection took 30 minutes to perform, that the prices were posted on the wall and she should have known when they asked for the keys that there was going to be a charge. My wife only asked for an estimate, however, and was surprised when she was asked to pay. The manager later argued with me that there was nothing wrong with what they did, but offered to refund the amount even if we didn't have the work done with them. My wife likes them and they've done good work in the past. We may still go there since they have treated us well in the past, but this incident really bothers me.

I went in concerning uneven tire wear on my front tires. I was told it could be simply an alignment, nothing major. I asked for an oil change as well. All went as planned. Two hours later, my car was ready to pick up. They also went out of their way to see if they could find me a better price on tires for my car. They were especially helpful and friendly.

They suggested a tire rotation and alignment but told us we didn't really need new pads and that everything else looked fine. We opted for the pads anyway because the brakes were squeaky and annoying, but we were impressed that they didn't come up with a big list of problems when we were basically asking them to tell us what was wrong. Very friendly guys.

The repair went very smoothly with a quick turn around. The personnel were very professional and courteous. They explained the situation with the Jeep and explained our options of repair. They performed the repair quickly, and we got our vehicle back with a perfectly running A/C. We will definitely return to them for future business.
