With the desire to offer better service to customers, and a strong background in tree removal, rigging, building structures, and landscape, Jason knew that his quality craftsmanship would help build a stronger community. NGOS continues to grow as our reach extends beyond Calhoun and the Northwest Georgia area. We strive to lead the industry in several outdoor service categories including: hardscape, landscape installation, tree services, land clearing, and fencing. Now serving Coosa Valley and Northwest Georgia. He originally informed me that Jason had done other water features, but he had only laid rock around water features. We had multiple problems during the pond construction, and it has NEVER held water. It was a 2 pond construction, and I paid someone to rebuild the top pond; I've had to repay another contractor on top of his work. I am into this job 36K fixing this guys work and it is still not done.

"customer originally budget was 10k. after starting the project she continuesly added extra material and changes to the project, almost triple the size we started. We installed over 80 tons of rock and boulders with another guy she requested to help and the project continued to get much larger than her budget. when I left the site, she decided to not pay 4k of the invoice for material, equipment and labor she requested. Had she payed the invoice total, we would have gave her a warranty."

The project was clearing an area of dead timber and heavy undergrowth. The project was estimated at 5 days @ $800/day and 4 industrial dumpsters @ $400/ea. Terms were 50% deposit and 50% when complete. The project lasted 5 weeks due to an intermittent work schedule. Final payment was requested about 50% through the project. Project went 20% over estimate. Work was awesome. Communication & business practices were poor.

Jason did an excelent job performing the required work and kept me informed of his process and intentions. He was very easy to work with. some of his suppliers were not aggressive in proving materials in a timely manner but he worked around those delays nicely.
