+ -1 moreThe drain pan was not put in correctly. We ended up with a leak that came through the ceiling downstairs. Had to re-do the shower, repair the ceiling, paint & re-texture. He would not take responsibility for his mistake & refused to come to the house & look at the damage. Would not return phone calls. Also, after the initial work was done & minor work needed to be completed, he would not come back or return calls for several weeks.
Description of Work: They replaced a shower floor.
