Landscaping
Submitted an order of ground cover material for my landscaping on 10/12/13. Did not receive the material until 10/28/13, after several calls. They said it was an error, but didn't know why it didn't ship to me sooner. I had explained to them how I had scheduled time off from work to work on this project, unfortunately because of their error, it didn't happen. I have called several times, leaving messages. Finally, after talking with Sheila, she stated she would talk with management regarding compensating me for such delay, she blew me off....
I will never do business with them again, due to their poor service and unwillingness to satisfy customers.
