My initial experience with this company was very positive.  We have had them out two or three times to clean windows and our chandelier.  The quality of work was excellent, and I found the employees doing the work to be very detail oriented and punctual.
The problem arose with scheduling.  About a month before Thanksgiving I called to schedule cleaning, so that my house would be ready for the guests who would be coming.  I discussed my intention with the scheduler, so she recommended that we schedule for the week before Thanksgiving to allow for rescheduling due to bad weather.  Today, NINE days before Thanksgiving,  they call to cancel my appointment due to the cold temperatures. Now, I understand that they cannot clean windows in the freezing cold, but they cannot reschedule me until DECEMBER 15th!!!  The woman on the phone was completely unhelpful and frankly did not care.  This company is located only about 4 miles from my home.  I asked if they could come and just clean the chandelier--No!!  This is a terrible disappointment.  I cannot believe that they cannot reschedule within the next NINE days!!!  DO NOT RELY UPON THIS COMPANY!!!!

We have had them a couple of times before and they do an excellent job.

The Window Works team arrived within the planned time window. The work was completed in a quick and professonal manner. The results exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Window Works again for future window cleaning.

They ve got a great service. I thought they were excellent and that they are very accommodating. They had excellent manners, and it was great that they changed the light bulbs for me because they were so high.

They are always punctual and efficient at what they do. In addition, they do a great job and are always pleasant and professional. They are a little pricy, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the work done. The worker arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He pointed out some problems that I was unaware of. He was neat and clean when working inside the house. I felt the price was reasonable.

HAVE USED WINDOW WORKS 6-7 TIMES. RELIABLE, TIMELY, GOOD WORK. EXCELLENT FOR HIGH WINDOWS AND ROOMS WITH CATHEDRAL CEILINGS.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THE WORKERS ARE POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARE VERY NEAT. ALL PANES ARE HAND-CLEANED.

I HAVE USED WW ONCE A YEAR FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB -- WILL COME BACK IF YOURE NOT HAPPY (I ALWAYS HAVE BEEN) AND ARE VERY POLITE AND QUIET.
