Wells says they denied my application because the property didn't value up to their requirement. This is entirely untrue. Yes - the property didn't value up to the desired level but Wells offered to issue the loan anyway, if I we're willing to bring 23k to the table. Considering the discrepancies in the appraisal and Wells' unwillingness to provide a fair review process, I instead withdrew the app.  Then I get a letter from Wells saying they denied it. This is a complete and willful lie which amounts to fraudulent reporting. And this is being condoned from executive management though they acknowledged verbally to me that the record clearly reveals that I withdrew before the denial letter was drafted. And by the way, they don't ever answer their phones or return phone calls.  You really have to be persistent with them. Once I refi my loan away from Wells, I will NEVER do business with them ever again. Very undesirable organization.

It went poorly from the start - since I was a current Wells Fargo customer, the loan was suppose to be a simple approval with less paperwork needed; that was a joke - I had to submit all records from tax records to copies of my SS card. In the end I was forced to accept an apprasial by a firm that made glaring errors that reduced the value of our home and WF Bank again raised our loan cost and changed terms to their favor.

It is true that this is a larger company, but if you find yourself a contact person to deal with over there and keep in communication with that person, you feel like its more personalized. The people who work for them have all been really nice to us and they go out of their way to be friendly and to open themselves up to help you if you ever have a problem, so I've been totally satisfied with them for mortgage purposes.

We were very happy with the closing and the information they gave us was very informative and clear. The customer service department they have is decent and we would recommend them to others. I do not wish to put down the price nor the rate of the mortgage for personal reasons at this time.

Wells Fargo is a great mortgage group to use. They closed without any hidden costs, we liked the people we dealt with, and to this day, payment and information gathering is as easy as going online to their site. Although I don t wish to show the price here I can state we received exactly what we looked for and I highly recommend their services.

Wells Fargo has not given us any problems and I want to say we have been with them for something like fourteen years. It has been a long time. I am glad we have had no problems with them. Everything always comes on time and is very clear. We really have no major complaints with them at all.

Wells is decent. I have been using them for a while. They are a larger organization that can offer some pretty good options to you and if you can get in with them during specials, you can make out I guess. In my mind, I would call them average. I myself will continue to use them because I have just made all of these arrangements with them. That's about all I can say on them.

Wells Fargo did a great job for me. They were neat and organized, cordial and polite. They were prompt about processing my loan and they are very up to date on acknowledging payments to reduce principle. I truly cannot comment on an exact price I paid to Wells Fargo for their services. I will comment it was a fair price for the services rendered.

PROVIDED ALL NEEDED INFORMATION UPFRONT OR ON REQUEST. LOWERED INTEREST RATE. SOMEWHAT SLOW TO FOLLOW UP ON SOME STEPS DURING PROCESS. DID NOT ALWAYS RETURN CALLS IN REASONABLE TIME.
