 + -1 moreMy phone works great and I?ve never had a problem. I had one issue in the past and it was overloaded where I couldn?t read the letters. They solved it quickly.

Description of Work: I have "dumb" phone service with them. I've been with them for years and they are very reliable and good. My only concern with them is that I've heard that they are going in with Comcast which isn't nearly as good in my opinion and I hope that that will not rub off on Verizon.

 + -1 moreI had their services for about a year. Their connection is excellent. I have unlimited call and text except that it is not unlimited on the data. I chose them because of the coverage and the fact that calls are not dropped. If I ever had to call customer service, they are polite and professional. They are very good.
