It went awful. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- SCAM and totally unprofessional. I spoke with Tatiana and she is the complete WORST PERSON TO SPEAK WITH. Se actually raised my blood pressure just speaking with her. TOTALLY LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used them several times and she asked me to prepay for this service. SHe also indicated that they can only clean my place when they are in the area. Worst customer service ever. I asked to speak with the owner, Bertha, and she said she does not speak with customers and sent me a text message signing Berthas name. In terms of the cleaning service in my home, hit or miss. They do not speak english and are on the phone most of the time. Some are good but most are NOT. DO NOT waste your time or Money going with this cleaning servi

I booked an appointment 2 weeks ago and on the day of the appointment they bailed ! just 30 mins before the appointment ! the customer service had no remorse or regret ! Infact they just showed us attitude which highly unprofessional AND unethical ! cannot be trusted or relied upon !

My first cleaning with value maids did not go very well and the manager attempted to make things right by offering me a second cleaning at the discounted price. Cleaning went much better and I’ve had them out three times since then. Every cleaning got worse. None of the cleaners speak English so communication is hard. Items in our family room we’re not dusted. The coffee table was not even cleaned. One toilet in the upstairs hand cleaner put in it, yet it was never actually cleaned. The kitchen floor was a nest in multiple places. One set of stairs in the kitchen was not even touched.I don’t feel like they should make me pay full price for the last cleaning however they expect me to. So I will, however I want to make sure and get the word out that they’re cleaning is not acceptable.

I've been using them for almost 3 or 4 years now. Sometimes, the quality of cleaning depends on what crew is here. Some of their crew do a really good job and some of them don't do a good job.

Bertha is good she promises all the services and very detailed. However the people who come to work . There were some good workers earlier so we had recommended couple of other houses however these days below is the issue. 1. Put loud songs while working 2. They talk a lot in Phone while at work but try to go with in 1.5 hrs for 5 bd rm 4 bath. 3. They do only 20% of what has been promised. 4. Supervisor doesn't have a courtesy 5 . If you list out and show the issues they say customer has attitude problem. 6. What they expect is to just bare what ever is done. 7. Our wooden floor had lot of scratches due to wearied out equipment.

They are very affordable and did a great job cleaning 6 bedrooms. They were right on time and very easy to work with. I'd certainly recommend them!

They did an excellent job! Their price and quality was wonderful and I couldn't be happier. I'll definitely use them again.

Bertha (the daughter) was professional during the consult and agreed to provide cleaning service every two weeks on Fridays. The professionalism stopped with the first meeting and everything went down hill from there. The first cleaners were supposed to be with the company for 18 years but they could not even wipe down my kitchen counters or clean my sinks without leaving tooth paste marks behind. Apparently all these years of their work is blessed by the supervisor, who stopped by to bless it again while they were cleaning. She hurriedly went upstairs and came down and gave them a peck on the their cheek and left! I thought it was odd and unprofessional for a supervisor to be showing affection to them in front of a client..... cultural norms aside esp if they are not family. The ladies did not bother to clean the window above my kitchen sink and when I pointed it out, one of the lady's with a big attitude obliged reluctantly.....then I asked her to also clean the glass doors (every cleaning co does it without asking) that lead to the back deck from the kitchen, she threw her arms up in the air and and used sign language to tell me to call the office cause it was not her job! When the office (mother Bertha or wilma?) called me to check how things went, I told her about the items they missed but I was told these ladies were one of their best teams and they have been with them for almost 18 years! After I heard the lady's reaction, I knew I was fighting a loosing battle if 18 years of cleaning exp was this bad and how bad can it be with the less experienced people! She apologized and agreed to send a different team for my next cleaning, which turned out to be believe it or not worse than the first but with a better attitude. I took them around and made a list of things they missed, which they acknowledged and took it with them so they won't miss them the next time. However, a few days after my second cleaning service, the office called and informed me they are not going clean my house due to scheduling conflicts! Here I was shocked by their cleaning crew's lack of any cleaning skills and the management's nonchalant and rather defensive attitude towards the whole thing. It is no wonder their cleaning people have no desire to learn or do better as it is obvious their work is both blessed by the co supervisors and defended by the management. It is the same co culture that promotes bowing out is better than being fired. Needless to say, I found very little value in using Value Maids...lol

They provide bi-weekly cleaning of our house - their level of care has not changed from week 1. Every visit leaves us very happy with the service they provide, the money that they charge and their responsiveness. Very thrilled to have finally found them.

I had recently had construction projects throughout the house and the house was very dusty. The maids did a wonderful job. Two people worked 6 hours and were very thorough-the house looks and smells great!

The first time was a deep cleaning for $199.00. After that they come once a month for $120.00. The deep cleaning was excellent. The girls spent a lot of time getting my house in shape. The crew that comes once a month maintains. I still have to vacuum and clean since they only come once a month. What they do really helps me a lot! I will continue to use them.

They are great. They are doing a very thorough job at a lower price than my previous cleaning company.

We have used Value Maids for the last year or so. They have always been excellent, until lately , when there have been some scheduling issues and missed appointments.To be fair, I think some of this was due to illness, but even the consistency of work has declined over past 2-3 months.For example our beds were not changed last trip and when I came home from a long business trip, my bed sheets were the same as when I left, (we have dog so lots of dog hair on bed) I had to change all 4 beds in house . I will still use them, but I am considering trying another company just to contrast. I hope that they get back to quality I first saw at the beginning. I would like to give them an A , but gave a B due to these inconsistencies lately.

Bertha came to my house the same day I contacted her to give me an estimate. She walked through the house with me and detailed everything that her staff would do during the deep clean (blinds, base boards, vents, you name it). She was very friendly and professional, and gave me a fantastic price to deep clean my house considering it really needed it. We scheduled time for the following week for the cleaning. I wasn't home, so I don't know what time they arrived, but they were still there when my husband and i got home around 5:30 so we turned around and went to dinner. By the time we got home they were gone. The house was completely spotless and smelled wonderful! I will absolutely be using Value Maids in the future. I gave them a B for price only because their regularly cleaning was about 25 dollars more than my old cleaning service. I don't doubt that their work warrants it, but it was just too much for my budget.

Bertha came to my house and walked through each of my rooms detailing what cleaning service they would provide. I am clean freak and so I only wanted them to come to my house and clean once a month. Bertha gave me three price options based on every two weeks, three weeks and four weeks, each one was very reasonable. When her two workers arrived they were quite curteous and got to work right away. I was amazed they spent 2 hours on my upstairs. After all was said and done my house looked fantastic - I am very very happy.

I emailed and requested info as to whether I was in their service area, and no one ever responded.

I like the fact that there is always a manager that comes to follow up with service.

They are excellent. The price was a little high but they did a really good job. They spend their time and make sure everything is clean.

They do an excellent job. I have had very few if any problems with them. They are very trustworthy people.

Late and Slow! They arrived 40 minutes late and spent the first 3 hours on the top floor. I had been led to believe that the job would take 4 hours, so I called the owner and expressed concern that they might not finish the entire job on time. We had guests coming at 7:00 and had to ask them to leave at 6:30. Consequently, they didn't do a "deep cleaning" in some of the rooms. Three weeks later, and we still haven't found where they put a pair of pillow cases. Also, they removed a strip of plastic from the shower stall that was designed to keep water from leaking onto the tile floor. I never found that, either.

I will continue to use Bertha's company as long as I live in Atlanta.

THIS COMPANY HAS CLEANED FOR ME FOR SIX YEARS OR MORE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH SCHEDULE CHANGES. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE.
