The professionalism was incredible. They basically rebuilt my house. After they were finished, i had an issue with my air conditioner that had nothing to do with the re-build. When i mentioned the issue, the owner volunteered to come look at it and he fixed what the air conditioning people could not do I will use this company for all future project. I highly recommend them. honesty was not listed above.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. I spoke to several other companies, but they all seemed to be taking advantage of the situation. They were able to diagnose the problem and treat the issue. Some of the solutions presented by other companies was not to my satisfaction. The mold smell is gone and my office is good as new.

Everything about this company is great! Honest, knowledgeable, helpful! I hired another mold remediation company to begin with, and they were completely taking advantage of me! Adam Higginbotham stepped in from Charter and tried every way he could to figure out where moisture was coming from! He came in cleaned up mold and disinfected and was out in 2 days! Do not let the big name Water Damage Companies make you over pay for hyped up charges! Try Charter, they are excellent! I would recommend them 100 percent!
