Adam did a great job helping me to decide which direction to go in fixing a leak I had on my porch which caused water damage and mold. The whole crew was always pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. Working with Charter Remediation and Construction has been a pleasure!

We ended up with a huge water leak due to our AC unit. Adam was notified and showed up in a timely manner to look into the issue at hand. He was quick to jump into action getting the water cleaned up, placing fans and checking for possible mold due to the leak. I felt at ease with Adam working this case and appreciate his patience with all of my questions. My flooring and a portion of the ceiling was replaced and it looks as if nothing had ever happened. I cannot recommend him enough. He did a fantastic job and I would absolutely recommend him to others.
