James Filip, the owner, is a stand-up guy. He explained everything the crews would do, and made the process painless. His men were punctual and professional. We were amazed with the speed and quality of their work. My wife was especially delighted with the quality of the interior repairs and paint jobs. The whole process was done in stages over a few weeks, around our schedule. We were very pleased, and would call them again if we had a need in this area.

They completed the job in one day. They were here at 6:00 in the morning, and left at about 8:30 at night, and when I got home, it was done. There were no unexpected issues.

I was satisfied with my experience with Roof Depot even though there were a couple of glitches. I called for an estimate on an out building on my property. But the first estimate I received was done on my house. The correct estimate was done at a later date and I decided to use this company. The roofing materials were delivered to our property the day before the job was to be done. It was supposed to be a one day job. The workers showed up the day after the materials were delivered. The job foreman was very nice. When he saw the materials, he knew right away that there were not enough shingles to complerte the job. Then we looked at the shingles and they were the wrong color. After calls to the company office and to my husband who was at work, the mistake was corrected and the crew got to work. Because of the delay getting started, the job was not finished in one day. We were going out of town the next week and the job was completed while we were away. It was well done and so was the clean-up. I would use this company again because they did a good job and gave us the best price of any other estimates I got.

Mac was the rep that was with us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we knew exactly what would take place and how and, for the most part, it all went as planned. He had originally told us they would contact us in about two weeks based on the jobs they currently had on the schedule. We had just reseeded the lawn, so that time frame was fine for us. When they called at the end of that same week because they finished a job early, we had to ask to be put further down on the list in order for the grass to have more time. Because of this we ended up with a smaller crew than usual (3 men) and the job took longer than we would have liked (5 days), but the end result was well done and we are pleased with out roof and the repairs that needed to be done. I would do business with them again and have recommended them to neighbors.

Excellent. Jose called, was here at the time he said, went into the attic, then the roof and gave a complete report of what he saw was the problem. He gave a quote that I thought was in line with other estimates . He said he was able to do the job and quickly got to work. He was polite, neat and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Since the job was scheduled shortly after the holidays, Kevin was able to send 2 four-men crews to the house and complete the entire job within 48 hours. They arrived on time and worked from dawn until nearly dark both days. Kevin was frequently at the job site and made sure I was happy with everything that was going on. When they finished the yard was clean and the roof looked fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.
