Very satisfied with the work.  They went above and beyond the work we initially discussed. 

First of all he cancelled and rescheduled the appointment twice becos he could not come on time. Then when he came, he gave us an estimate, and performed temporary work till the final work could be done. he said he would come on the following Monday and do the work and also took our remote so that he could come and perform the servcies anytime he could come. We found out from our Insurance company that they would cover the garage door repair. So we called Jim and told him that we will pay him for the temporary services he performed on our door Both agreed at 50$ for the work done. He fixed up to come to our apartment that evening to collect the money and return the remote. He did not show up. My husband called him again the following day . He said he would come and again did not show up. Then he called uup after 2-3 days and said he would come and took all the apartment information and again, did not show up. After a month , finally we went ahead and bought another remote for the garage . Today he called and said that he would come and take his 50$ and return the remote. My husband told him that he would cut 20 $ for the new remote he had to buy and give him only 30$. He came over and started arguing that he did not understand what my Husband said and that he wants 50 $ only. Finally I was just fed up and gave him 50$ but never again I am going to use his services or call him. Very very unprofessional.

Jim came out on the same day I called. He was super friendly and very professional. It turns out the work I needed was basically the minor turn of a screw to adjust where the door stops on the rail, but I didn't know what do to, and he did - so I had to pay to have it done. Jim showed me what he did, so I can handle it myself in the future, he oiled the rails and springs, and helped clean up some wires. The price wasn't a bargain basement deal, but I trust if the work was more challenging than it was, Jim could have handled it, and he was great to deal with.

They were awesome and it was a good value. You have to work with the guy?s schedule because he is a full-time fireman; some people might find that an inconvenience but I did not. He was worth the wait and he was worth every penny. He also gave me advice about placing stickers for animals in case of fire.

Very well, I'd asked him to come out on a holiday weekend - which he did to estimate. Eventually he came during the week - not a problem. Easy to work with, very resourseful.

They were diligent. When the person could not fix the problem he let us know about it. He even referred me to another person when he could not fix something.

Jim McArthur came the evening of the day I called for service. Had all necessary parts in his truck so the large garage door was operational before he left. Clearly knew his trade and worked fast and left everything neat and tidy. Very nice family man; would wholeheartedly recommend him. (To top it all, he also serves as a firefighter so it is safe to say that he is trustworthy!)

Arrived on time. Did excellent work at the price quoted on the phone. Very polite and professional.

They did a great job. Jim was very polite. There was a slight problem with what they fixed and came right back out to correct it at no charge. I would use them again in a heartbeat. You don't see that kind of courtesy that often. And they were very nice on the phone and called me back. Great!

I was very pleased with the work. He worked with my scheduling needs and was able to do the work even though I was not present-(He left an invoice for me). May not be the rock bottom cheapest but very good value and he uses Lift Master openers which are top notch.
