He's reliable, efficient and very conscientious of his work and we used him 7 years ago. He does a fantastic job. He's very communicative and I would recommend his service to others.

Delton is very professional and keeps his word. He is not inexpensive but well worth it. He did a great job and I've recommended him to others. If there was anything that fell outside the initial bid he wouldn't do anything before making us aware. These were for minor issues that came up and were unexpected.

The person who gave the quote was prompt and was not the cheapest but had a realistic quoate. They guided and suggested whta needed to be installed. We decided to use their service and they came and were extremely professional and clkeaned up after themselves and were nice people. The floor looks great and we were very pleased.

Delton is extremely knowledgable about hardwood flooring and brought up several nuances that other companies missed entirely. The installation was completed perfectly. Reggie, his longtime installation partner, and Delton did a great job during the installation. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The entire process was very professionally done. The quote was very expeditious. Everything was done on time or early. The price quoted was the price charged. There were no "extra" charges. Dust and cleanup were very well handled. Obviously the company knew what it was doing. The final payment (50%) was not collected until the floors were examined and all outstanding issues, if any, were completed. Definitely The Floor Connection deserves their "A" rating. The Floor Connection did an outstanding job. Their price was very competitive with other contractors and prior customers recommended them highly. I visited jobs they completed for prior customers. All customers were very satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and the care taken to contain the dust during installation. I hired The Floor Connection based on price and quality of work observed on other jobs. The work was scheduled to be completed within five days while the family was on vacation. We left them a key to the house and departed for vacation on Saturday morning. We returned on Friday to find newly stained and polished wood floors in areas where we left worn carpeting. The highest quality wood floor was used to ensure a seamless transition with the existing wood floors in the adjacent rooms. All debris was removed from the house with very little traces of dust remaining. I have since recommended them to friends who are equally impressed with their performance

It was a great experience, we were finishing our basement and The Floor Connection people worked with us, throughout the entire process. They even delayed finishing the floor because some tile work in a bathroom was not complete and we were worried that the floor might be damaged. So they installed the floor and after the tile work was done came back and finished the job. Everyone who goes into our basement comments on how great the floor looks we are very happy. We are planning to replace the carpets upstairs and we will definitely use them again!
