Company provided quote for One-Time-Only (OTO) cleaning as well as bi-weekly cleaning. I agreed with their pricing. OTO cleaning was done, and I tried to hire them for bi-weekly service. The company would not return my calls so I assume they have more business than they need.

They did outstanding work! Three ladies from The Cleaning Authority spent well over 4 hours cleaning our 4 bedroom, 2. 5 bath house. They were extremely meticulous and cleaned our house as if it was their house. They exceeded our expectations. After this great experience, we signed up for their twice a month cleaning plan. We highly recommend The Cleaning Authority for house cleaning services.

I liked them a lot. They have a structured package. They do the lawn, which is a huge thing for me, because I’m allergic to dust. The price is okay because some company usually charge $200 for only the lawn. They also use all kind of products so I didn’t have to worry about pests. The workers were very confident and very well trained. They do self monitoring where in their Quality Assurance Department does some spot checks on their workers. I've been using their services for several years now.
