Have used Sutton in the past. Gave them a call when fridge started making some pretty gnarly noises in the evaporator area. They came out same day and removed all the panels and gear in the back of the freezer, found a broken fan blade and replaced same. About 45 minutes from start of job to happily cutting them the check for the service.

I just had them stop in to help with a minor repair, but I've used them probably 5-6 times over the past 22+ years, for everything from little stuff to larger projects like helping me swap out a "dead" double electric oven with an on-line purchase from another vendor.
They are always prompt. They are always fair. I have never had one of their staff do ANYTHING that left me disappointed. You really can't go wrong with these guys. If you enjoy the feeling of great customer service, you've come to the right place.

We had an individual that spoke another language (english being the secondary language) so the pleasantries went out the window. After figuring out what was going to be done the gentlemen said he would order the part and call when it came in. We heard nothing for 2 weeks (including weekends). We called and left a message. No return call. We waited.... Two days later he called and said the part was here and he want to come over right now...he meant right now. It was a thursday and we were not home at 2pm so we suggested friday or saturday but he said he was not working those days and we would have to wait until monday. Of course we had to wait.... He came monday, replaced the part. It took about 15 to 20 minutes and I gave him $100.00 and he left. Absolutely NO conversation. The washer seems to be working so that's the bright spot. It would have been nice if he introduced himself because we have no idea who he was!!!!

I chose this company because I prefer to use local merchants. Sutton
Services was amazing!! They answered the phone promptly and
professionally. I explained that my dryer was not heating up and the
gentleman asked if I knew the model ( I did, and the series ). He
happily arranged a service window for EXACTLY when I needed it the very
next day. Parker called to say he was on the way towards the end of my
time window, which was fine. He arrived, introduced himself, went
immediately to work. He found the problem, had the part, and fixed the
heating element in about fifteen minutes, and I swear he left my
bathroom cleaner than he found it. I wish I could rate them even higher,
and have already recommended them to clients and friends. Thank you

I talked with Mr. Sutton personally and he gave me the confidence to set-up an appointment for a repair with his company. My wife met with the gentleman that came out. He was professional and right on time. However we wish they did call that morning just to confirm. The repairman was competent and quick to solve the problem. We thought the repair costs were very fair.

Scheduled a call to determine what was wrong with one of the ovens not being able to heat. They gave a 2-hour window to come and they called during that period to arrive. After determining that the problem was a burnt out circuit board, they ordered a new one, and when it arrived a few days later, they replaced it. Both ovens are now working fine. Most of the cost was the circuit board they had to order ($225) and the labor, therefore, for both visits was very reasonable.
Also, in the past, I have had Sutton repair my old Maytag dryer and Frigidaire refrigerator, and I find them to be consistently good in their knowledge of large appliances of different makes, with great service and pricing.

I used Sutton's Appliance Repair and they were great once again. When I told them what was wrong they came right out with the equipment and fixed it and he was gone. I liked that they came prepared and they came right out quickly. They were great.
