Ed stepped up to expedite this process. Due to the relocation, everything had to be done quickly within a week or 2 for pre-certification letter and he took care of it. He was a pleasure to work with.

Ron Crane of Sunshine Mortgage was extremely professional and kind. He responded to all my calls immediately and stepped me though the process from initial application to closing. Most importantly, the rate was competitive. My real estate agent forgot some key elements before the closing and Ron stepped in and made sure everything went smoothly and to my advantage; definitely above and beyond.
