I highly recommend Strong Arm Tile, LLC. Piotr (Peter) Baranowski is a one-man show. He does EVERYTHING himself: demolition of old tiles, debris removal, laying new Durock boad for new floors and walls, framing where studs are not straight, waterproofing walls and shower floor, mortaring shower floor (pre-slope, laying shower pan liner, mortar floor for waterproofing), laying tile so that everytile is level to each other (run your hand over them and you won't feel any higher than the other), replacing old valves, removal/installing tubs and toilets, connecting sinks to plumbing, installing new fixtures (shower heads, shower bars, niches/shelves, shower plumbing for diverters/no diverters), building decks for tubs, installing lights/fans. Aside from a mistake I made in buying different dye lots for my procelain tiles and purchasing a Kohler tub (1142) with its recommended drain (11677) that didn't fit the tub, everything that Peter did was done well. He was able to install my tub by using a non-Kohler drain that fits any tub. He takes his time to do things right so that you don't have to do it over again. I interviewed other bathroom remodelers who say they can remodel your dream bathroom in 2 weeks but they don't use waterproofing in any part of the shower or build the shower floor from scratch or pre-slope the shower floor! And the ones that say they do waterproof , they don't use fiber glass tape in corners and along right-angles. A slow leak in the making before the floor rots. Peter takes his work seriously, so he won't be rushed. He's not a rabbit in a race but he does take longer to complete a quality bathroom. Question is, "are you willing to wait for quality work?"
