Took advance & never showed up - Jamie & his wife asked for the estimated amount in advance, since the location of the property was further away. He had done work for us before & in good faith, we paid him in advance. He literally stopped answering calls & texts & never showed up at the unit to fix the issue. We got it fixed through someone else a week later at a lower cost & requested that he refund the advance paid. He declined the refund request. Will never use him again.
Description of Work: Took advance & never showed up

The work did not start on time. Once they started they were unable to finish in the time frame initially quoted. Some used parts which they brought on site were incorporated into the work. The house is on a crawl space. Where holes had to be cut in the floor to install pipe, little to no effort was made to seal the hole off in any manner. No eschucheon plates were installed where new pipes penetrated the interiror walls of the house. The majority of the pipe installed was CPVC with the exception of some copper pipe near the water heater. S*** was splattered all over the water heater, floors and walls from the soldering process. Where they had to drill new holes in the floor for the new water lines to the water heater, they did not sweep or vacuum any of the saw dust. The new water heater was not vented in accordance with our agreement. Once the work was completed, several leaks were identified. Some were repaired in a resonable time frame. The last, and worst, leak took on the order of a week to get them out to repair. While working under the house, there were beer cans which had not been their previously. After their last day of work in the house I discovered where someone had rolled a joint inside the house. The house was not occupied at the time and they were the only ones working there.
Description of Work: Replumbed potable water lines and relocated the water heater from crawl space to main level of house.

After noticing a very high water bill, it was suggested that we may have had a leak under the slab of our home. Jimmy and his son, came out promptly and assessed the situation. They suggested a simpler, less complicated way to replace the older piping in our home. The very next day, both Jimmy and his son, worked diligently to fix the slab leak on our main water line. After several hours of working on the main water line to out kitchen, our water problems were solved. They were very polite and did their best to keep the area clean in which they were working. Jimmy did a great job of answering all of my questions and addressed each concern I had. I would highly recommend Standridge Plumbing Co. for any plumbing needs you may have.
Description of Work: They fixed a leak that was under the slab in our home. We also had them install a new kitchen faucet.
