Fred Perdomo was extremely unprofessional and never did what he said he would do when he said he would. I would not recommend him to anyone. He was not on site enough to manage our project which resulted in timing delays, unfinished work, his crew cutting corners and several re-do’s to correct work that had been done, which to this day is still is not right. I've had to go back on a number of things and fix it myself. He also did not honor the warranty which was outlined in our contract. In result to his crew cutting corners our floor was not installed correctly leaving us having to have it ripped up. Fred then left my pregnant wife and two babies to live on sub-floor for over 2 months! He then never replaced the floor so my wife and I had to come out of pocket another 5k in order to have repairs done to our sub-floor caused by his crew and to have a new floor installed. Please see attached photos of our damaged sub-floor/living conditions and unfinished/broken work. My advice to those of you out there looking for a good and trustworthy contractor is, DO NOT use Fred Perdomo!
