The estimator was very pleasant but in a hurry to close the deal. I wish that he had been more thorough. Because of his oversight, during construction they told us that we had to reinforce the floor before they installed the tile so that it would not vibrate and crack the grout. We paid an extra $750 to have the floor reinforced. The factory prefab material was excellent. It has tremendous strength, is aesthetically pleasing and is maintenance free. We chose their subcontractor, Mike Brown, to build and assemble the structure because he was highly recommended by the company's references. Mike was a perfectionist who did an outstanding job. Jim, their tile contractor, did an equally outstanding job in installing the floor. All of the company's employees were pleasant and very easy to work with. We got bids from other companies that were going to build a similar structure out of wood and to our surprise, the prices were comparable.
