Southern Son's Lawn Care

1. Lousy in quality and quantity. Contacted several times about the appointment time,  but it's either late, last moment response or no response at all. Weeds are everywhere in the yard as there's no treatment at all.  

2. Every time came without following the request. Instead, they left a note afterward. Don't know if the treatment was performed or not.

3. It's supposed to be three treatments, but the last one was never done after several requests.

4. The last time Andrew contacted me on 3/6/16 and said he would do a Granular, Pre-emergent / Fertilizer. But he never show up or do any follow-up. I contacted him on 3/6, 3/12 to check the status. No response. Finally on 3/16, I asked to cancel the deal and get a full-refund. Again, he never bother to get back to me.

I hired Southern Son's this week when I saw it was time for my lawn to be tended to and I must admit they did a fantastic job. I wasn't expecting all that much as their flyer listed a price of $45.00 to mow and trim my yard, which is a pretty good size yard, but these guys did an exceptional  job. They were only at my place for roughly forty five minuets and did what they said plus removed a considerable amount of limbs from my yard, which had been collecting for quite some time. I had told them they didn't need to mow my back yard since it was mostly rocks and a few scattered  weeds, but Mike covered every inch of the back with a trimmer and raked up the rocks to make it easier for my dogs to play and grass to grow. I must say for the amount of work done and money spent I got a lot of bang for my buck. I referred them to my neighbors and they were over there today.
