We were very pleased with the work done by Sir Grout on our shower. It took us a little while to get on their schedule, possibly because we are located a little beyond their service area. Once a date was set everything went very smooth. Joe, the technician, was great! He was on time, very polite and a hard worker. In fact, all the customer service people we dealt with were polite and personable, The shower looks new. Joe explained to us what cleaner to use to keep it looking good.

Excellent Tiles were badly soiled and nothing we used got them clean. It was relatively new tile only 21/2 yrs old but they were a dirt magnet. The tiles are now clean, look new and the grout is clean and sealed.

I am very satisfied with the work that Sir Grout did at my house. I had very 'aged' tile and grout in all four of my bathrooms and needed to freshen everything up to get my house ready to sell. They did a fantastic job, everything looks great. Wish I had done this years ago. All personnel I worked with were professional and very responsive. I highly recommend this company. We met Jeff Miller (owner of Sir Grout) via a coupon we found in the Sunday paper. He came by, took a look and was very honest with us. Our shower stall floor was floating and beyond the scope of what he did. He recommended one of his subs to come out and give an estimate to remove and replace the shower stall floor. TJ and Randy were terrific. They did the work with attention to detail and followed through on every commitment. When they were done they returned and then finished the removal and sealing of some grout lines on the stall walls. When it was done it looked just like Jeff said it would, brand new. If you don't consider Sir Grout for your tile work it will be your loss...

Great experience! The gentlemen who helped me were both very patient. Joe provided the cost estimate and went through step by step to let me know what would be done during the process. He took the time to answer some questions that I had and never made me feel as if I was wasting his time. The cost of the process was very fair considering everything that was being done. Carlos, who actually did the repairs/sealing, was very quick and thorough. He made sure I understood what was being done and when he finished he had me take a look to make sure everything looked good. I had also tried to fix some of the grout myself and both Joe and Carlos let me know they’d be glad to fix it (which they did of course!) My shower looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic job. Showed up on time, 4 bathrooms to be done...they did two at a time to allow our office to have access to bathrooms the entire time they were here. No mess, no fuss. Cleaned up the small mess they made and were done in the same day. Will most assuredly call them again!

After the master bathroom floor, shower and sink countertops grout was cleaned and the epoxy grout was applied, to the master bathroom floor, sink countertops and Master Bedroom shower, the grout issues were resolves. However, the the appearance of the chipped tile and the adjacent cracked tile looked exactly the same, there was no improvement. The installer suggested a solution but the owner decided to stop the solution suggested by the installer. I expected absolute perfection especially paying $1,200, and the installer spent 6 hours without meeting the results I expected, which equates to $200 per hour for labor and material, which equates to a 100% mark-up if the labor d the material cost of $500 - $600. I feel like being rapped without getting the results, I was expecting. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend Sit Grout.

"We did an excellent job in Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s home and helped him immensely as he prepares to sell it after renting for several years. We completed 100% of the work that we agreed to and the areas that he is disappointed with are services that we don't do and were never on our Work Order. He wants installation work completed and we don't do installations, and he is consistently referring to our Technician as an "installer" but we are not installers. First, he requested that we use toxic materials to fix some of the cracked tile, which we refused. Safety is our #1 priority and we refuse to use those type of materials. Additionally, he requested that we replace tiles on the shower floor and the shower seat and I explained several times that we do not do tile installations. It is disappointing to see him complain about the things that we didn't do, but I can't do anything about that. What I can tell you is that the projects we completed, the projects that we charged him for look absolutely fantastic - significant improvements from what they looked like before. I have suggested that he reach out to experienced tile installers to fix the chips and the cracks that he has in his tiles. I made that suggestion during the initial quote and I've made the same suggestion afterwards. It went beautifully. Floors look like new. Don't need to replace now. Jeff came out and gave me a quote within one week of my scheduling it with a very friendly and helpful person. Michael came and did all of the work nonstop for about 6 hours or so. He did excellent work, answered all of my questions about what he was going to do. We were very satisfied with their work.

They did a wonderful job! The house was built in 1961 and the grout had never been "deep cleaned" and resealed. Throughout the process, there were NO surprises. The first contact came on time- explained the process, answered my questions and said he'd be available if I had any other questions. The workmen showed up on time. Their work was excellent- well done and in a professional manner. They were very careful when they had to go through the house to get outside to the truck. Overall, I was very pleased with the process and results.

I called the office and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Jeff Miller, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He explained what he would recommend with clear pricing and explanations of everything that would be done. On the appointment day his employee, Donald, gave us a courtesy call on the way to us. We especially liked that this company uses employees and not outside, independent contractors. Donald was very professional, courteous and hard working. He did a great job, very thorough and neat. Cleaned up everything when he was done. From time of estimate to actual appointment was only two days. Thanks for fitting us in!! I would definitely recommend this company if you want your shower to look like new again.

The difference is incredible. I had cleaned them 10 years ago, and no matter what I did could not get them shiny and white again. Our tech was AWESOME - took his time - needed no supervision Everything went smoothly from the first quote until writing the check.

Sir Grout is amazing! TJ was able to bring one bathroom completely back to life by cleaning and grouting the old tile. The other bathroom's grout required staining, and he picked out the perfect color, with the result that the tiles look fantastic. This is a 60-year old bath and it looks like we just renovated! Great job, great service. I would highly recommend Sir Grout - and TJ - to anyone needing these services.
