Initial visit was to obtain a quote for installation; John Horstman extremely friendly, personable, knowlegable about the products and installation procedures; Pricing is extremely competitive; Extremely pleased thus far. I'll write another excerpt after the shutters are installed in 5 weeks

I had repair work done to my existing indoor shutters. John had an opening the same day as my call and was very knowledgeable. He explained what was required and quoted a very reasonable price up front. The job looks very good.

We worked with John from Shutter Pros. He was very responsive to our communications and promptly scheduled a visit. He educated us on our options, prices, etc., and provided an estimate during his visit. We had a matching paint sample and he took that sample during his visit so that the blinds were an exact match. We had a bit of a tight time window and he was able to work with us to get the work done and installed within this time frame. We had shutters installed on our first floor. If we elect to do the second floor in the future we will contact Shutter Pros again.
