Privately owned. The owner, John, was very, very prompt in getting back to me, either by phone or email. He provided all the documents requested by my HOA to start the work and was very professional in explaining what needed to be done. This was not a very large job, but he was still very courteous and was able to fit me in his shedule right away. I loved the fact that he replied my emails right away. He did an excellent job and I am quite satisfied.

It went very well. I got a response from the guy who came out very quickly and he was able to help me in figuring out the process for getting the fence designed in such a way that my HOA could approve it and he came when he was asked to come and install it. He installed it in a day and he was pretty much done. It was a very good experience.
