Mitch Falkin of ReMax, who did not represent me, proceeded to lecture me on my obligations under the real estate sales agreement. As I had my own realtor, Falkin was way out of line advising me. He was extremely rude, obnoxious and (according my lawyer) badly misinformed. Falkin was extremely unprofessional during the purchase process, and later cursed my realtor with vulgar language. I would never use Mitch Falkin as a realtor.
Description of Work: ReMax did not provide me any services, but instead represented the would-be Buyer.
