So far, so good. They are still doing work for us. It costs $99 every three months. What they could do better is probably to have hours where they actually come when people are at home. I know they don't do anything on the insides but if you have anything you need done they are not there. I mean, you are at work because they always come about 11 'o clock. for people who work they could have some evening hours. I know it is hard because you can't go out and spray and you don't want to fall and break your neck. I don't know. I don't know if the price is good or not. It was part of a year deal to remove the hornet's nest instead of costing me $600 or $700. I don't see any bugs so they must be pretty good. I have not had to call them. They just come, as I said; we don't see them.
