My name is DeAnthony Norwood. I am the owner and operator of Property Masters Home Inspections, LLC. I received my initial training with American Home Inspectors Training(AHIT). I am also certified with InterNACHI and an active member of Georgia Association of Home Inspectors(GAHI). Maintaining membership with these associations allows us to stay current on building practices and earn Continued Education credits. We are based in Alpharetta and cover metro Atlanta and all surrounding areas. Our mission is to offer a detailed and thorough inspection while maintaining integrity, clear communication and professionalism you can trust. With that in mind, most inspection reports will be available within 24hrs after the inspection. All inspections include Infrared Imaging for pipe leaks/cracks and energy efficiency, Drone Images of the roof, if we are not able to climb. All termite inspections will be completed by Active Pest Control, which is also included. We cover every aspect of the home, including the attic, basement and crawlspace. As an additional service, we offer Radon Gas testing, utilizing both Continuous Radon Monitoring for instant results and Charcoal Canisters for lab results. The fee for Radon Gas testing is $125.00. We are fully insured and offer a 90-day Buy-Back Guarantee through InterNACHI. This means if I miss anything on the inspection, InterNACHI will buy the home back from your client! The terms are as follows: The Buy-Back Guarantee will be honored for 90 days after closing.InterNACHI will pay your client whatever price they paid for the home.The home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent (you). The Buy-Back Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI’s Residential Standards of Practice, which can be read online at www.nachi.org/sop.htm
