Our technician Robert was very professional. He checked out the door saw what needed to be done was doing it and found some other issues that he needed to fix and he fix them also. Our door now works better than it did when it was brand new I would recommend him and pro lift to anyone who needs a garage door serviced or installed. Their prices were also extremely reasonable
