Premier Surfaces

NO good. what a crap company!

Top Notch! We purchased the counter tops through Kitchen Fronts who resurfaced our cabinets. My wife and I went through the process of selecting a great looking quartz top. Premier came out, laser measured for the tops, sent us a computer generated sketch and photo for the tops and followed up with an exact installation. We were impressed that they were able to cut the slab in such a way that we now have no seam. All in all, we are well pleased. Everyone was friendly and responsive! Please note the attached photo. We still have to select our tiles for the back splash. We highly recommend Kitchen Fronts and Premier Surfaces!

I recently had my kitchen cabinets refaced with Kitchen Fronts of Georgia, and they recommended that I use Premier Surfaces to choose and install my new countertops. Working with Premier Surfaces was a wonderful experience! I've lived in my home for 33 years, so I was very apprehensive, as I wanted to choose just the right type of counter. Natalie Blair, my coordinator at Premier Services, is extremely knowledgeable. She led me through every step of the process; she was patient and kind and I truly felt she was a friend helping me decide on what was right for my needs. I changed my mind a couple times, before I knew "this was the one" and the piece!!! After seeing my actual slab, my kitchen was measured, and the slab was cut. The installers, Jason and Jason, were extremely skillful and even rounded one section of the counter perfectly to fit the back of the counter during the install!!! Our only minor issue was with the dishwasher installation, which was installed by a third-party plumber. Premier Surfaces was just as concerned as I was and immediately came out. They quickly determined the plumber had not used the screws that Premier Surfaces provided. All was corrected and my countertops are just awesome. I highly recommend Premier Surfaces and will be calling on them when I redo my bathrooms!

Hart was great to work with. He was patient and made good suggestions. After the sale was ok, Karin was very professional. All the work for 3 baths and the kitchen. They did an amazing job matching the seams and overall delighted with the look. Installers did destroy my plumbing fixtures in the master bath, so I had to buy new. Beware: they told me that is one of the hazards and I had agreed any damage was not covered. The issue is they literally ripped it out breaking off both sink drain pulls and ripping off plumb lines. If I had known now, I would have had George The plumber do that.. Worst part is I gave them a chance to make good on it and nothing ever happened. Look for a more reputable company.

Excellent job.  Everyone was very easy to work with.  Laura (showroom rep) was very helpful, and the installers were on time and very courteous and professional.

We met with Laura from Premier Surfaces to look at various granite slabs to identify the one we would want for our kitchen. Laura spent time explaining all of our options. We then looked at sinks. We were initially going to install a stainless steel sink, but once we saw the composite sink in the showroom we decided to make the change. Laura was very knowledgeable about all of the products available. Once the granite and sink were chosen, she showed us the types of edges available. We left feeling very comfortable with the experience.
Measurements were taken on Wednesday 4/15 and on Friday Jack from Premier called and sent us an email showing the measurements and where any seams would be, along with a picture of the actual granite tops. He answered all of our questions. Once we were happy with the information, he scheduled installation for the next Tuesday.
The installers, Ahron and Justin arrived on the 21st at the scheduled time and went to work. They prepared the work site for the kitchen tops and then installed and made sure everything was set properly. They then installed granite on the island. The next step was to install the composite sink. They answered questions and made sure we knew how things were going throughout. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to explain how to best care for the counter tops and sink, along with written instructions.  We are very happly with the job they did.
We will definitely use this company in the future and refer them to friends and family. Premier Surfaces is to be commended for having such great employees.

Great! Lisa helped us pick up finishes for each bathroom and communicated every step of the way with emailed confirmation and pictures of the actual stone and virtual layout. The project estimator came to the house and took measurements and then 10 days later they were back at the house installing the counter top's. The install was well coordinated and communicated from the office. The installation crew, removed the existing top's without damaging custom frames and then installed new counter tops.The process was extremly efficient and they were very polite, clean, and well organized. We were extermely pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend this company!

We were very pleased with our experience with Premier Surface. I will start by saying that Premier Surfaces has the best selection of small slabs/remnants I have seen in the area. This allowed us to find an exotic that matched our existing kitchen countertops and tie that in with our master bath remodel. We also opted for a chiseled edge on the countertop and backsplash that matched the tumble travertine we used in our shower. We requested a smoother chisel than what is common and Premier Surfaces really delivered. Thank you Karin and Premier Surfaces for giving us exactly what we wanted and doing so at a reasonable price.

We are happy with our granite countertops from Premier Surfaces. We worked with Laura, and she was very patient and helpful throughout the process -- from selecting granite that would best match our new cabinets from Kitchen Fronts of Georgia to selecting a sink, finding a plumber and installing the granite. Everything happened in a timely manner as she said it would.
The installers, Chris and Alex, were very professional, clean-cut and nice.
We used a different granite company for our master bath 3 years ago, and this experience with Premier Surfaces (quality, professionalism) is much better. We will use them again when we are in need of granite surfaces.
